Very easy to install with included hardware. The pull chain is surprisingly smooth -- sometimes the 90 degree angle is not translated well in other lamps -- you pull downward on the chain but the switch mechanism is horizontal and thus the chain has to make a 90 degree angle. In this lamp, that bend is smooth and imperceptible.
The antique bronze finish is unassuming and goes well with the dark woods and Swiss Coffee of my walk-in closet. The lamp is very bright depending what type of bulbs you put in -- I chose one LED and one incandescent bulb. Combined, they give a nice warm (but inexpensive) glow.
