Good value,

This is probably the cheapest 26 inch LED TV in the market and is definitely value for the money. Very light weight, Picture quality is great for all HD content. TV works good for non HD content but you can see the diff with HD content. Out of box picture setting is too bright. You would need to select either pre-set mode like movie, sports etc or have your own custom settings for picture & sound. Sound works equally fine & can really feel the sound effects. Only con is remote. Need to have better design, buttons & responsiveness but it's good enough not to cause any disappointment.

Looks good, great value,

I have the Westinghouse 26" LED HDTV in my bedroom, and I'm really happy with it. I've got it connected to an HD box from my cable company, and the picture is bright and crisp. I watch a lot of sports and movies in HD and they look great. I compared this product to other higher priced brands, and I couldn't justify spending more when the Westinghouse provides such a nice picture and looks so good sitting on the dresser. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this tv from Costco for my dorm. What really distinguished this tv from the others on display was its perfect size for my room combined with its sharp picture quality and slim design. I primarily watch tennis and movies on this tv and the every frame looks very high quality. There are also numerous presets on it to match the kind of event you're watching. And although it's advertised as being 720p, the manual says it can display up to 1080p HD!
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for a tv for a small area or who's on a budget.

DOA- Buyer Beware!,

When I saw the price on this TV- under one-hundred seventy dollars- for an LED TV, I thought it was a great deal. I read mixed reviews, a couple of people received units that were dead on arrival. I figured it wasn't likely to happen to me and it would be safe to order one. Since I am away at school and did not need the TV for my apartment, I had it sent to my parents' house. I suggested my father take it out of the box and try it out, but I did not insist. That was in the middle of January. Now it's March and I'm home on spring break- I was excited to hook the TV up and use it with my computer and PS3. Unfortunately, when I hooked everything up and turned it on, all I got was a blank screen. Since it's outside of the 30-days, Amazon won't deal with it, and I have to pay shipping to have it replaced under warranty, and I'll be getting a refurbished unit in it's place. I should have payed more attention to the negative reviews. Buyer Beware! I'll never buy another Westinghouse product because of this experience.

Stay away from this product. First model had cracked screen and would only display a gray picture with multicolored lines running across. Got a prompt replacement from amazon. Second tv would only display gray screen. No sound, no menus, no nothing. Not worth the hassle, even for a great price. The only thing that was good about this purchase is knowing amazon had a great return policy.

Defective piece and aweful customer service,

So I opened this TV for the first time and it looked nice with the packing, but had dead pixels and a vertical line across. Called Westinghouse and they wanted me to take pictures to prove that it was defective and then pay for shipping the item to them. Westinghouse advised me that I would get a refurbished replacement, if it were to be determined that the TV was not damaged in shipping. By far the worst customer service experience.
Amazon.com on the other hand is the best online retailer around. They not only apologized for the defect but connected me to their TV center. The person I spoke with then generated the "Item Under Review" statement that you now see for this TV and model and the brand. They got me a replacement from TCL which I am waiting on. Westinghouse Digital is a small TV maker based out of China, it is not the original Westinghouse Electric brand. They paid for a license to use the bigger brand name. So beware. I have yet to file a BBB against them but will soon.

I would give it a 4+ based on the picture quality, but the audio is terrible.
You would have to hear it to believe how bad it really is. I am going to keep it because of the picture and the price, but I am now shopping for a small amplifier (I have spare bookshelf speakers).

Just received my brand new TV, pulled it out of the box, plugged it in and all I get is a grey screen. No buttons on the TV or remote will make it do anything other than a gray screen. Tried several video inputs, still nothing. Called Westinghouse and they give me a 10-12 day turnaround to repair it. I figure, "I'm not doing that, I've got a Prime account, I'll just return it and get a rapid replacement from Amazon. They can deal with the return hassle." Well, that plan works great....IF amazon has it in stock. Because they don't have it stock, my only choice is a refund. I got such a great deal on the TV, a refund doesn't get me anywhere close to getting a comparable TV. :( BOO HISS to Amazon for that. TV looks aesthetically pleasing, but if it doesn't work, what good is it.

We ordered this item twice. The first TV would not turn on and we returned it. Amazon handled the return wonderfully. We had another TV sent to us and the second one had problems with the picture and the sound. We are in the process of returning this one.
