Those who reviewed this product and made complaints regarding the following points should be blocked from reviewing. If you put the case on correctly you won't have any issues outside of what I notate below.
First off, the inside panel that holds the phone in place is very secure. Make sure the hole in it aligns with your back camera lens. You can easily make the mistake of putting the inside panel on backwards. TURN IT OVER.
Secondly, the volume buttons align with the buttons in the case so there is no problem there. Just make sure you're putting the case on correctly. NOTE: this case is for the 4 or 4S, not the 5.
The antennae comes detached from the phone so that it can fit snugly in the box it comes with. Insert the "antennae" piece from under the inside of the case and it will snap into place. If you want to connect your headphones, leave the antennae off so you can slide the headphone jack through the hole.
Yes, there is no quick access to the power button at the top but you can easily slide the back panel off the phone to access it. Takes an additional 1/2 second. There is also a snapable panel on the bottom that comes off if you want to plug in your charger.
Overall it's a great novelty item and worth the price. It protects your phone as much as any hard case would--just don't expect to drop it from 10 feet in the air and expect it to land in one piece. If anything the back panel might pop off.

This case is fun and will make your friends laugh! However, for those of you who rated this item 3 stars or less... did you really think you were going to get a fully functional brick phone?? Lets all be real and think about what $10 buys these days... a solid gag gift.

This phone cover gets ALOT of attention, it is very easy to take the back off and get the Phone into. The only downside is how bulky it is, but I guess thats the whole point right?! Coolest iPhone case I have found in awhile!
