Bulletproof material. Yeah, but here's what the gloves are good for. I took a part a shed with tin walls and roof. I cut the tin into strips, then yanked them off the studs. It was sharp metal and these gloves did not give up. Only cuts were on my arms. BUT they are not really puncture resistant. Splinters and nails still poke through, so dont' expect them to be bulletproof because they're 'Kevlar.' Nice breathable backside didn't get too sweaty. Glad I have them.
