This is a great, massive unit - very "old school"! It does what it is supposed to and very nicely. I only have one small complaint and that is that it is a bit rough on the inside surface, so you have to be really careful when you clean it. A bit more polishing in that area would have been nice, but it does come all apart and is pretty easy to clean. I mounted in on a board so it has some surface area (highly recommended or it slides all over the place!) and then clamp it to my work surface.

it came on time. it works but the thing lets entirly to much meat to leak back into the compression chamber of the stuffer. its very aggervating. i am going to have to come up with some sort of fix for it on my own. the company which produces the product needs to come up with a better solution to this problem. another headach is its very hard to push ground meat through the smallest stuffing tube into the cassings. other than those two problems i have found so far its been good.

Works, but requires a lot of effort. Leaks past the plunger, too. I am considering shortening the smaller tubes to relieve a bit of the pressure required. If you can afford it, the cylindrical, gear-driven units might be better...
