I purchased this pencil as to highlight my eyes. At first I thought it did well considering the price & brand of the product. Usually I like to shop for drugstore brands & Wet'n'Wild, from what I've experienced, is an okay brand. This pencil is what I use to line my waterline & my brow arches. However the color fades throughout the hours & ultimately looks pale silver at best after 3 hours. Yet I think it has the potential to do better if one uses a primer before applying this product for a better, longer lasting affect.

I like to use this instead of the standard black eye liner. When you combine this with black mascara and just a little black eyeliner in the inner corner (so it connects your eye and makes it flow more naturally) it really brings out the color! It lasts all day too.

I received the product pretty quick but I think the product is no good. I intended to use it to highlight my water line and it didn't go on at all. Wouldn't recommend product but like I said I like the seller and their speed and would order other things from them...

the pencil arrived quickly without an issue, but considering its supposed to be a kajal liner its pretty light.. i guess u cant expect much for the cheap price but it does get the job done if ur looking for a good highlighter on the eyes.

movie and stage stars have used white pencils to enlarge the look of their eyes, and this eyeliner is a good one and lasts long.

When I was in high school I used to pencil my eyes with white with a thin layer of black in my lash line and it looked fantastic!! A few weeks ago I got very nostalgic and quite bored with the make up I'd been sporting lately so I thought why not? I tried to track down a white eye liner and boy was it a pain in the butt. If it wasn't hard to track down in this or that store it was easily found in this store but for 10 + dollars a pop and then I got wise and decided to try Amazon to find it for me at a reasonable price. I was thrilled to find the exact same white liner I used back then (1996) by the same makers (Wet 'n wild). I ordered two pencils right way, better safe than sorry and jumped for joy literally when they arrived. I rushed into the bathroom and applied the white liner. Right away I scratched my head a little. I hadn't remembered it being that hard to put on and I was pretty sure it was really bright white but what I was staring at was faded white at best. I sharpened the pencil to get rid of the old tip thinking maybe it was too waxy from just sitting around in the warehouse waiting to be purchased by someone but it didn't really make much difference so I applied about 6 or 6 lines to my eye lid to get a somewhat pleasing shade of white. Next came the black and I was done. Shortly After I did notice the white was fading and the black was mixing with the white to make a dull gray (as someone had said before) and I was just stumped. Perhaps the years had dulled my recollection on how to use the white liner so I just shrugged and told myself I'll try again tomorrow. Nope, same story as the day before and it's been the same story every day since.

I loved the white wet'n wild eye liner in the 90's but I just don't think they are making it with the same quality anymore.
