Editorial Reviews

Review

If you are considering full-time RV’ing, this book is a ‘must read’ -- Debbie Robus, Publisher, Workamper News

About the Author

Gene and Deanne Townsend are full-time RV travelers who, at ages too young to retire, were advised by other full-timers, "If you’re gonna do it, go for it while you’re young!"

Thus they sold it all and hit the road, knowing that it would mean having to work for at least twenty more years. They loved the concept of making the entire continent their home, and accepted the challenge wholeheartedly! Now, years later, they are eager to share with you the pros and cons of this lifestyle of freedom; telling you of the promises that are out there for you—as well as the mistakes they made.

Gene and Deanne make their living by presenting full-timing seminars throughout the United States. Deanne also ministers in song and teaching concerts in Christian organizations, while Gene keeps her going with the "technical stuff," and selling tapes and books. Writing books, magazine articles, and technical literature rounds out their "gypsy" way of earning their keep.
