I subscribe to 3 naturopathic papers plus Consumer Reports 'On Health' for balance. This book does a very thorough job of pulling it all together in an easily read guide. I bought it to get a concise guideline for how much of each nutrient is needed for what purpose. It gives that along with precautions. Money well-spent.

This is an interesting view on looking at alternative medicine to improve one's overall health and well being. Not always Western medicine has all the options available and there are so many different vitamins, minerals and herbs this helps to look at what is out there. It does not include everything but it is a good start.
