It's a good read and chuck full of interesting information.
I pre-ordered this book based on the strength of Dr. Luntz' previous book, Words That Work, which offered some great tips on how to communicate more effectively.
I just purchased Dr. Frank I. Luntz's book, "What Americans Really Want.....Really" yesterday and stayed up most of the night reading it.
