5.0 out of 5 stars Intend Not To Pretend, May 13, 2005
By
This review is from: What Are You Pretending Not to Know? (Paperback)
This is a refreshing book that can help people who are lost find a way. Ms. Gilbert avoids psychological mumble jumble and offers basic truths and practical suggestions for people to get out of emotional train wrecks and on to the right track of a life that does not pretend. Her vast experience with emotionally disturb people has given her many insights which she shares with the reader. This book helps you to not let life control you, but shows you how to control your life. Dr. Phil and Oprah would love this book. I know I did.
