Not what promised! Very mad about this!,

This book was ordered for my son who has Autism and was very much looking forward to receiving the cassette tape along with the book. THE TAPE DID NOT COME! I contacted all parties involved and it WAS NOT RESOLVED. I was offered a $5.00 gift card but this does not make my son any happier or less sad. The book also was sticky and NOT in very good condition as advertised. I WILL NOT order from this vendor again and have started to question AMAZON's customer service.
