Out of all the personality books I've read, this one takes the cake! Usually personality books have tests and descriptions that are somewhat accurate, but are too general or not as descriptive. Never have I ever come across a personality book that nailed my personality down so completely and accurately.
I have never felt so validated by a personality book in all my life! It really is life changing to accurately know yourself from this easy to understand, third party point of view. Carol Ritberger seems to have true grasp of the subject. Above all the others that I have seen, this is truely a must have!

This book is SOOO accurate & I recommend it to everyone. If you are interested in metaphysical/esoteric information, get this book. Ms. Ritberger is an expert intuitive--I know because I am one of her students.

But...If you just want a fun book to get out and try on your guests or family like a game, then buy it also!!
This book has helped me tremendously in understanding and relating to people at work, clients, and family--I feel like I FINALLY can see the world through my parents' eyes & it has helped our relationship immensely. It is amazing how much this book will enrich your interactions with all people, and how it will change the way you view or "judge" others whom you normally would feel uncomfortable around.

You think people are different than you, well they ARE, but it isnt just on the outside..it is energetic & you were born with a personality color different than some, and similar to others.

My 5-person leadership team read the introduction to this book, each took the personality test, and discovered what "color" we were. Next, at an off-site leadership meeting, we discussed our color personality, which traits we thought fit and didn't fit, and how we could apply it to our communication and relationships at work. A month later, all our direct reports have also used the book to discover their personality color. In meetings where there is conflict, we remind each other of our personality colors and it helps us see other perspectives. Great book!

LOVE IT!!
I've owned this book for a while and everytime I take the test the results are always the same. It's right on the money with descriptions and patterns of indiviuals. I love how it's color-coded and highly creative souls, like me, will appreciate that fact that it doesn't drag on in a boring way. Very upbeat! It's a keeper and will certainly aid in a lively conversation among peers,family,and friends!!

My girlfriend introduced me to Carol Ritberger's work. It has changed the way I perceive all of those around me and changed the way I relate to others. I have also met Carol in person, and what an amazing being! You must read and experiment with this book, by all means! There is so much truth and wisdom in it.

I have been reading style, type and personality books for many years and have written a couple myself. This one is very thoroughly written. I may professionally disagree with some of the claims while still find this a worthwhile read that will people help better understand themselves more.

This book describes how people and individuals work alone and as a team. It come with a personality test and it describes the results and how you can benefit from putting compatible people together. This book is such a great tool if you have to manage or teach people. For example, my professor introduced this book to our class by giving us the personality test on day one of our class, and by our results, he assigns us accordingly to the books recommendations. He has been doing this for years and his class is very successful.

For the price, it wasn't worth it. The book barely covered the topic and provided too few examples. I'm not sure who is the target audience, but if you're looking for help or revelation, this is not the book.

I liked this book because if you're looking for a personality description that's dead on this is the book to go by.
it's simple yet complex enough to hit all the marks.

WOW, I bought this book for my classroom library and really really learned alot from it that I hadn't realized before. Every week so far a student has signed it out to read independently...awesome find!
