This book is incredible! I recommend it to families and pre-schools. It is vividly illustrated and encourages children to color their world in whichever way they feel. It suggests green bark, and brown leaves for a tree etc. I'm donating it to the pre-school where I worked. They are a Reggio Amelia inspired school and it fits perfectly with that philosophy!

What Colour Is Your World opens up the world of color to limitless possibilities. It gets kids (and adults) to think outside the box and is a good jumping off point for exploring colors.

This is a great book to read to children to show them that it is okay to be unique. It shows that being different is what can make a person special, such as an artist in this case. This is a great lesson to teach to kids and this book allows parents and teachers to give that lesson in an interesting and colorful way.
