I used this book to help teach a Social Studies Alive! unit in 2nd grade. The book reinforced the curriculum about What is a Community?

Cute book
This book has a lot of information. I used it to teach third graders about a community and what is in a community. They liked the pictures and gained a lot of information from the reading. There is a lot of text on each page so this book would be not good for a read-aloud. If you split the book into sections by day then you could read each page aloud. Overall, it is a...
