Any who regularly eat at restaurants should have WHAT TO EAT WHEN YOU'RE EATING OUT: while its thickness makes it a difficult purse tote, it does present a fine, comprehensive reference for advance planning, presenting strategies for selecting healthier restaurant meals, detailing exchanges and serving sizes, and listing over 5,000 common menu items from over 60 restaurants. Subway, Burger King, McDonalds, KFC and healthier establishments' fare all receive detailed charts and insights both diabetics and health-conscious eaters who frequent popular chain restaurants will appreciate.
