5.0 out of 5 stars As the Title suggests..., May 27, 2009

I was one of the lucky students who read an early draft of the book. Actually I read it when I was a rising 3L; and I really wished the book had been available when I began my law school: it would have saved me so many sleepless nights. The book provides a systematic introduction to things that are so essential to law study that every professor takes for granted that you know them (thus no one bothers to teach you). And the authors, Professors George and Sherry, are certainly two of the best and most respectable teachers I have ever had in my life.
