This is THE best "what is happening with my baby" book out there. IT's full of straightforward, reasonable advice and so far covers every topic that I've been concerned about in the first two months of my baby's life- even the things you'd think must only happen to you. Also- it's great for straightening you out when you get overwhelmed by advice from all your well meaning relatives and friends who each seem to advise something different.

My husband and I lived by this book as we struggled to be the best parents we could be for our first baby! It's very informative, clearly written, thoroughly researched and neatly presented. Points are well explained and different scientific opinions offered, usually with the mainstream opinion highlighted. I highly recommend this book to any new parents, it remains very popular internationally and it was our baby Bible!!
