Well, yes, precisely--just what do the fairies do with all of those tiny teeth they collect? Surely this is a standard question any parent needs to be ready for. Michel Luppens' story, illustrated by fellow French-Canadian Phillippe Beha, offers many fun possibilities: perhaps they make necklaces, or put them inside maracas, construct sets of false teeth, pulverize them to make star dust, or ... no doubt your child will come up with more suggestions once you get started here.

I heard about this book from an acquaitnence whose father wrote the book. It was a charming book that my grandchildren enjoyed very much since they are in the process of losing teeth now.

I purchased this book as part of a buy 2 special and am very disappointed I spent the money. My son was about to lose a tooth and I thought it would be nice to read this book to him before bedtime, but I read it when it arrived and sent it right to the recycle bin. The fairies look like witches and the story is so poorly written that I wouldn't even want to waste our time reading it together.
