It's a quick read. It explains why these foods are essential to any fitness program. Book also offers a "21 day Challenge". If you're looking for a quick reference of some of the healthiest foods and a 3 week jump start on any new fitness program,then this is the book for you. The sequel should be the top 100 foods. This book Is Not a medical reference.

Format: Paperback
This was what essentially jumpstarted my healthy lifestyle. I saw it work in others and it really made me rethink my eating habits. It comes with great insight as well as a food list to make it easier. I also really liked the WHYs - why do I eat this, what will it do for me....Very informative, yet it's a fast read and easy to understand. Zayne breaks it down to our level.
