5.0 out of 5 stars Gripping- you will love the main character, August 2, 2009
This review is from: What Is Hers (Paperback)
Taking place on the Connecticut shore line of Long Island Sound, Ron Janson has written a gripping tale of mystery that revolves around a cast of characters that will evoke various levels of feelings from the reader. As a retired New York Citiy detective, Dan Davies is drawn back into his profession by helping to solve a local mystery. I quickly became attached to the likeable main character of Dan Davies. He is clever, friendly, and caring. I could just picture this affable person. The other characters were developed enough to make this a well-rounded cast. Dan Davies moved the plot along and as a reader I felt in good hands as he investigated the mystery. The storyline was smooth enough to follow with just enough twists to make it intriguing. I am hooked on the character of Dan Davies and want to see more books with this character. This is a book which moved along quickly enough so that I didn't want to put it down.
