I heard this song on the radio recently and it's one of those songs I loved when it came out, but had forgotten. As soon as I heard it, I got on Amazon and ordered it to add to my music collection. It's so convenient to be able to order one song instead of a whole CD! It's a sort of combination bluesy song with a touch of rap that was probably before it's time.

I like this song for being original, edie's incredible voice & projection, and the fact it asks the timeless question "who/what am i?"

It had been a while since I heard this sing and I recall thionking the forst time I heard it, that it was great. Upon reading the story of how it evolved, I thought it was powerfully creative. I just had to have a copy of it. I last saw them on a PBS special a few years ago and they sounded pretty much the same.
