I've listened to this tape for 10 years and it STILL holds wisdom and deep relaxation for me. Louise's voice is so soothing, sometimes I just listen for that alone. The guided relaxation is like having a Mom or Grandma sit with me and soothe me to sleep. Even though I could probably recite it by heart, often I will hear something "new" each time I listen. She reminds me that I am worthwhile, helps me relax my mind and body and then affirms for me that I am healthy, prosperous, and in the right place in my life. Very helpful. I will never return it to my sister (whom I borrowed it from)!!

I really enjoyed listen to this CD. I put it on my MP3 and listen to it while walking for fitness. It makes me feel good and keeps me motivated to take care of myself.

I really like Louise Hay and I have a number of her CD's. She's helps you to focus on "Here & NOW", Forgive/Forget the Past, Love Yourself and Start Where You Are.... "Today is Your Present--- What Are You Going To Do With It? "...

This is a great CD for anyone on a journey to Self-Discovery and Self- Acceptance!! I Wish You WELL!!!!!

You have to listen to this with an open-mind. It really is a great way to begin to retrain old, negative thinking.

I love Louise Hay's messages and have many of her books, CDs, and cards.
The content of this CD is great but, unfortunately, the sound-- for me-- wasn't the best.
The background music seems quite loud and a little "harsh," not calming like I had wanted.
I bought this CD hoping I could fall asleep to it, but that hasn't happened yet.
In order to hear Louise's voice/words above the loud background music, I have to turn
the volume up very high. Then it becomes much less relaxing.
I'd love this CD if the background music was MUCH softer and more calming, with soft tones,
so that Louise's soothing voice was not drowned out... so that her voice would be the main
thing I would hear.
I still gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 just because I find her messages to be so uplifting.

This is most helpful to get yourself to sleep. Louise has helped so many but I cant help think how many more would benefit from this gentle meditation she gives. The only criticism would be with the quality of the sound could be better, but it works so dont hesitate to buy.

This is a great CD for making youerself relax and Louise Hay's voice is so comforting. Her way of making us think is different and profound.
