This is by far the most beautifully written song by Diane Warren, the song sort of sounds like 'Love Can Move Mountains', a previous song Diane has written for Celine Dion, but the song has a minor melody to the sound, giving the song more depth and emotion.

Reba has chosen a beautiful song to sing. It is such a shame however that it is only a cd single. It should have been on the Greatest Hits cd since it did very well.

I love this song i have been looking for it since i first heard it. It Just so happens that my favorite Country Singer Sings it. I have all her cd's and all magazine articles. T-Shirts and books. I am a hard core reba fan.

Reba has the best ways of communicating with her public through the element of powerful songs. "What If" is no exception. The message in this song is only to imagine, it is not telling anyone how to go about world peace or racial equality but to imagine what it could be like if we all tried just a little and in our own way. Support the Salvation Army and your song list and purchase the chance.

Dianne Warren wrote a marvelous song. Reba McEntire song a marvelous song. Together they make sparks... What If is a touching and inspirational song that touched millions at the Dallas Cowboy's HalfTime show in late 1997. The profit Reba made from What If was donated to the Salvation Army. Make your contribution, and take home some excellent music, too!

It is such a shame this label is out of stock, however it can be found on the Australian release, Moments & Memories. Anything that Dianne Warren writes is magical, as is anything that Reba sings.....this song is what happens when the two combine. Dianne Warren has written more hits than Reba has sung, including "How Do I Live," "Just to Hear You Say That You Love Me," "Because You Love Me," "Reach," and "If I Could Turn Back Time." This song is no exception to her phenomonal talent. "What If" is simply magical.

Had never heard of this song before buying it and I have to say I was impressed. Big sound and the message is 'get out and do something to better the world' and Reba delivers what is, in my opinion, one of her better vocal performances. Once I put it in, I couldn't stop playing it. Great track and worth purchasing if you can find it.

This is a song that continues to be up-to-date, specially in this days, during this hard times. Excellent work for Reba and The Salvation Army. I love the song.
