I first listened to this song the other day while looking up the little song that Kate Winslet had sung in "Heavenly Creatures." I have to say that Winslet is a multitalented person! This has to be the best song I have heard in a long time! I wish she would make at least one cd b/c she's soooo good! If you haven't heard this you have to get it! It's wonderful!

I don't have this single but I downloaded the song just today on KAZAA, because Kate Winslet is one of my favorite actresses! I love her acting now I love her singing! I have to admit Kate's voice is much more beautiful than Celine Dion's voice. Kate should become a singer! Really!! Anyhow, I recommend you buy this single if you don't have it already! You'll love it!

In my opinion, Kate Winslet should've sung "My Heart Will Go On" !! She has a beautifully amazing voice!! She makes Celine Dion sound like an amateur! i've listened to her song over and over and over again because it's so BEE-YOO-TI-FUL!! She should've come out with another CD because this one ROCKS!!

Nothing's better than finding out one of your favorite actresses can become one of your favorite singers, too! I would highly recommend this CD to all, because "What If" is not only sung brilliantly, but the words are wonderful too!

Kate Winslet's voice is stunning in this new holiday single from the most recent cartoon adaption of "A Christmas Carol." This song tells the tale of a woman who let go of a love too soon only to wonder what it could have been like if she had stayed. The song's lyrics strick a cord with anyone who has experienced the classic torments of a relationship.

"What if?" is a truly wonderful addition to the world of music and Kate should be very proud of her musical accomplishment.

I was listening to the radio one day when the D.J. said she was going to play a new song sung by actress Kate Winslet and I thought oh great not another actress who thinks she can sing.But when I heard the song I couldn't believe it,She has such a terrific voice and What If is a great song.It's the theme song for the upcoming animated film Christmas Carol The Movie.I think Kate is also the voice of one of the characters in the movie as well.It's a song about breaking up with someone and wondering "What if I had never let you go."On the C.D. single is also the film version of What If which is shorter and has slightly different music then the radio version.Also theres the Christmas song"The Coventry Carol"sung by a choir with no music like you hear in church.Kate Winslet deserves alot of praise for her singing and I hope she will release a full album someday.

What if we could all sing as well as Kate Winslet sings this lovely song? That would be wonderful. Needless to say, she does and outstanding job. She's my favorite actress and now she's deffinately one of my favorite singers- I hope she does more!

Kate Winslet has a beautiful voice! This song is incredibly lovely, and to be honest, the theme and message of it is quite a lot like My Heart Will Go On. It's too bad Kate Winslet couldn't sing that instead of Celine Dion. I highly recommend this to any Kate Winslet fan. If you're not a fan, I promise this will make you one!

When i read Kate was making this i thought it was going to suck.Actually its a great song.Kate is not a professional singer,and you can tell.With the first listen you can tell she is a natural.To bad she is not going to go the music biz route.I guess this is a one time deal for charity.So at least i know that the money from this sint going to so some record company just wanting to cash in.Buy the single skip the soundtrack.

Amazing...such a talented actress AND singer! I agree 100%, Kate definitely should have sung "My Heart Will Go On" in "Titanic." It would have sounded much better than Celine Dion's version.

I never knew Kate had such a beautiful voice. She has everything...stunning looks, classic beauty, angelic voice, the best movies AND awesome acting talent!!! She is so special.

This cd is not an album. It is little more than a single. There are three tracks on it, two of which are variants of the same work performed by Kate Winslet. The other is a choral number not by her, which frankly I don't see why it is even included. The general style of the music fits in well with works by Celine Dion, but this particular tune is a bit melancholy, so if you occasionally listen to songs that may make you cry, this qualifies. In addition to her acting skills, it appears Kate Winslet's talents include a lovely singing voice.
