I agree with all the other reviewers that this is a great CD and Billy Jonas is an extremely talented artist with clever songs that both kids and grownups will like. (I too listen to this CD even when the kids aren't in the car!) We also saw him perform live once which helped us appreciate what a one-man-band he is with all those ingenious found instruments. I have given "What kind of Cat" as baby and toddler gifts lots of times, all to rave reviews, because most people have not heard of him yet. My one complaint is that I wish Billy would be more prolific. You can only listen to one CD so much!

Our whole family loves to listen to this CD. It is such a relief after listening to other kid CDs. We can all listen to this over and over and not want to pull our hair out. My 3 year old sings these songs on his own and requests this CD in the car. A great buy.

I LOVE this CD. While the songs are fun and slightly silly - the lyrics say so much. For instance, "Some Houses" reminds us where everything originates.

Parents, I promise you this is a CD that you won't mind driving 'round town listening to! The songs have a wonderful beat, the lyrics are meaningful and in the end - you'll probably put it on even when the kids aren't in the car!

We think that Billy Joanas is very talented and kid friendly. We love how he makes his instruments from recycling. In some of the songs he yells out words and kids answer.When we saw his consert (for kids)he even had kids on stage. Also some of his songs are educational. Our favorite songs are: Tongo,Some Houses and What kind of cat are you. It's for all ages. We highly recomend it!

My parents bought this cd for my son after seeing Billy Jonas live. It is by far my 5 year old son's favorite cd. He has learned new words, scientific theories, and even some history (Mt. St.Helen.) The whole family loves to sing and bang along to all the songs. This is a great car trip cd...I strongly reccomend !

GREAT FOR THE YOUNG KIDS. MOM LIKES IT TOO.

My 5-year-old and 2-year-old love it! Billy Jonas is welcome change from the mainstream mayonnaise that passes for children's music these days (i.e., Barney). Billy's music is music that inspires children to not only think about how to create music but also inspires them to think about the interconnected web of life. His songs are lively and his sense of humor is sharp, but accessible for young persons. Buy this CD for your kids and your neighbors' kids!

I was new to this artist. My granddaughter loves cats so the song seemed to fit her perfectly. Also the rest of the song had a good beat for toddlers to dance and bounce to.

This was both my kids favorite CD. The songs are very catchy and Billy Jonas's upbeat style is infectious. You won't be sorry if you get this CD.

Wonderful CD!! My daughter loves it! Even her 20 year old brother has been caught listening to it while working. My 5 year old daughter loves "What kind of Cat are you". I love that Billy Jonas teaches history,manners and creativity in his songs. I really like "Old St Helen"! It was fun to talk about what I remembered from when she erupted with both my children. Even "old" adults can't help smiling and regress in age while listening to this CD. Looking forward to the next one!
With all the yuck that is out there it is great to have artists like Billy Jonas to listen too. Great kid music that is parent ear and nerves friendly. Keep up the great work!

It would be great to see this man perform. I know my daughter and I would be first in line to buy tickets!
