Don't waste your money,
This review is from: What the Labels Won't Tell You: A Consumer Guide to Herbal Supplements (Paperback)
This is quite possibly the worst book on holistic health I have ever read (and I have read quite a few). I am a strong believer in natural healing but this book is the stuff of charlatans and snake-oil salesman. Don't waste your money. I wish I didn't.
