Very Thin Plot....,

This story has a very thin plot: Monique is jilted by her married lover. Monique is pretty, successful and plays basketball. One day she forgets to take off her make up for a game - Tao Samules notices her and the story takes off - Monique wanting a sex only relationship. There is chemistry between these two beautiful people, as predictable as in most of these stories they fall in love. There is very little plot to this story and really could have been better.

Monique Evans has ended a three year relationship with a married man. He made promises to her he had no intentions of keeping and that hurt her terribly. She vows to never love with her heart again and her next relationship will only be physical.
Tao Samuels and Monique play on the same basketball team. Their relationship is a friendly one, until Tao sees Monique in her true beauty. One night of burning desire alters the course of their platonic relationship. Their relationship is strongly physical; however there are a few rules to follow. WHAT LIES BETWEEN LOVERS is a story of two friends jeopardizing their friendship for love. The story moves at a fast pace, but halfway through the story, the plot loses its intensity.
