After having her purse stolen upon arrival in Rome, sous chef Tiffany Matthews never thought the handsome man she saw on the flight over would come to her rescue.

Dominick "Nick" Rollins is strictly a "business is business and pleasure is pleasure" type of guy that never mixes the two; that is until he meets Tiffany, who also ends up working in one of his restaurants.

With great mouth watering meals prepared by Tiffanny and a "didn't-see-that-coming" surprise involving Nick's former girlfriend and Tiffany's father, Zuri Day has provided us with another great read AGAIN.

Chef Tiffany, who's in Paris for a month internship at a three star resturant is rescued by hotel owner Nick when her purse is stolen. There's an attraction but before they can act upon it, Nick is summoned back to the states and Tiffany stays to improve her culinary skills. When she returns to L.A. she becomes Nicks employee and there's heat in the kitchen as well as the office. Nick is very attracted to Tiffany and tries to build her trust so they may start a life and family together but Tiffany suffers from past heartbreak and cannot allow him into her heart.
I was so excited to read this story because I've loved all of Zuri's previous books and thought I found an author who created secure women; the premise of this story was good and the secondary characters were well written, supportive and entertaining but this book was too long to deal with a spoiled brat judging every man based on her father's actions and stomping off when everything didn't go her way. It just became so tiring but I did like getting to know Tiffany's father along with her and wouldn't have minded seeing more of that relationship develop or him with his own story.

Body By Night was the first book I read by Zuri Day. The book was superb. Since reading this book I wanted to find other books that Day had written. "What Love Taste Like" was so captivating from beginning to end. If I say it once. I'll say it twice. I love, love, love books that allow you to step into the world of nonfiction as if it was reality. The characters and emotions actually reminded you of people that you actually know. The one thing that I enjoy most about Day's choice of female main characters is that they do remind you of your girlfriend, sister, or cousin. They are not "HollyPlasticWood" people. The sistah's have figures in one way or all ways!!(okay) and they are still being pursued by a man with decency, integrity, and sometimes money. You don't have to be a ten to win the man of your dreams. Love Bliss!!! Her writing style is impeccable. As the song says "I'm on to the Next". I won't stop until I read everything by Z.D.!!
