This review is from: What Makes Bread Rise: A scientific weight loss program for America's families (What Makes Bread Rise - A scientific based weight loss program for America's families, The Fungus Link Series Volume3) (Paperback)
I used to think that being overweight was peoples fault. then I watched myself become about 30 pounds overweight without changing my eating habits. In fact if there is a change it is eating less food.

Now I know what is in my food that is causing me to gain weight and how to control it.

Wow! The food you eat is doing much more to you than just nourishing your body it is feeding fungal parasites and causing you to gain weight. Your cravings are those same parasites craving food, which is why willpower CANNOT work.

The book tells you how to rid yourself of the culprit and regain your body!

Thanks Doug Kauffman!
