This review is from: What Now: Help for Pregnant Teens (Paperback)
This little book is a treasure of helpful ways a teenager can evaluate her circumstances. If she decides to keep her child, Shands forthrightly explains the responsibilites involved and the loss of freedom she may encounter. There are detailed lists of purchase items, baby schedules, and even choosing child care in order to finish schooling. I think this book deals with a difficult situation with gentleness and compassionate. If I were a teen again and I read this book early into my dating years, I would certainly stop and think about my sexual activity! I thought it so good after I read it, I purchased one for our local hospital.
