About the Author

Susan Clark was voted Health Journalist of the Year 2000 and was headhunted by the Sunday Times and invited to be their first ever Health and Fitness editor. It was here that she launched their ground-breaking Lifestyle section and her hugely popular 'What's the Alternative?' column. Susan also writes the Agony Aunt column for Chat magazine - Britain's fastest growing weekly magazine - is the alternative health columnist on the Sainsbury Magazine, and is the resident writer on Complementary Health for IPCs BeMe.com (which attracts some 3 million hits every month). She is also a regular contributor to Marie Claire and PS magazines and her column for The Irish Examiner appears weekly.
