Clear explanations with good video close-ups,

This video clearly explains the jumps of skating while remaining entertaining. The programs at the end of the video highlight the jumps that were taught from the beginning and gives you a chance to practice identifying the jumps in a competition setting. Great teaching tool!

THIS IS AN AWESOME VIDEO THAT WILL HELP ANYONE WHO LOVES TO WATCH SKATING ON TV OR AT THE RINK. IT IS EASY TO COMPREHEND. I FELT THAT IT IS TERRIFIC FOR ANONE AT ANY AGE. THE COACH EXPLAINS THINGS VERY WELL. PLUS THERE IS A LOT OF STOP ACTION, SLOW MOTION, AND ARROWS THAT POINT TO THINGS THAT WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND. THIS TAPE REALLY HELPED ME AS A SKATING MOM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR SKATERS, SKATING MOMS OR ANYONE ELSE WHO LOVES TO WATCH SKATING.
