This book is really useful for both the Vietnamese and the foreigners, especially young generation and the businessman. It helps you to understand a new Vietnam that has shifted from the fierce war to move toward the current development. The narrative book really attracts the readers. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to get to know Vietnam.

One often associate Vietnam with endless wars and revolutions. But the truth is it's been nearly 40 years since the last war ended. This book provides a true and real view about Vietnam in the new era with a lot of changes. Strongly recommended for outsiders who wish to learn more about the country today and seek business opportunities.

I thank the authors for interesting stories. Some of my acquaintances are in the book. And the authors bring out perspectives of them that I have never seen even in my close friends. I learn from the book how American, and perhaps Western, sees Vietnam and Vietnamese people. Also I meet a new Vietnam with hope for a bright future.
