When I read, I underline the good parts. When a book has enough "good parts" (i.e. lots of underlining), I know it is a book I am going to have to re-read, a chapter here and there, to really take it all in and apply it in my life. Lots of good stuff in this book...stuff that I can apply now. Each chapter is like a separate topic in and of itself, but it all flows with the book's subtitle, "your thoughts can transform your life".Not some far out, power of positive thinking kind of book. The book starts out talking about attitude being a choice...and then gives you seven different areas in the next seven chapters where you can choose to change your thinking and your attitude. If all you got was chapter two, "The Dangers of Comparison Thinking", the book would be worth your money. Everything is wrapped up in illustrations, Scriptural examples and real life applications. Good material and very well written.
