About the Author
Clifton Kirkpatrick is the former Stated Clerk of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), a position in which he served from 1996 to 2008. Since 2004 he has also served as President of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches.
William H. Hopper Jr. is a Presbyterian minister who has served as pastor, missionary, and denominational leader. He is coauthor (with Clifton Kirkpatrick) of What Unites Presbyterians: Common Ground for Troubled Times.

Dr.Clifton Kirkpatrick is a gifted writer. This book is for all who are curious about who Presbyterians are and what common ground we have in this world of diversity. Ecumenical relationships are key to healthy communications especially in this rocky time period.
