4.0 out of 5 stars Funny and Frightening
I laughed myself silly the first time I read this book. And the second time. It is rather scary considering how far up there he got in public office but being able to laugh at it takes the edge off. If you enjoy verbal blunders and other levels of goofiness I'd suggest this book as a coffee table conversation starter.

It amuses me that someone can take the time to tear apart every bad aspect of a man whome they may not agree with all of there policies. Al Gore has made just as many "mis-statements" as J. Danforth Quayle did but no one is rushing to the press with a book on them. I urge all readers to get a copy of "Standing Firm" by: Dan Quayle, he actually...
