Simple and effective

This book would be perfect for a spouse or other caregiver who is at their wit's end...

I have given this book to many cancer patients and other people who have problems eating. It is a very gentle, caring book. A pleasure to read and easy to utilize.

I think the promotion of this as a book for very ill people is misguided. It's just a short little book with tasty healthy recipes written by a chef and full of "observations"
