From School Library Journal
PreS - This collection features 10 selections, mostly traditional rhymes and songs, along with activities to do with a baby: bouncing, rocking, counting, etc. A few songs are by well-known performers, e.g., Woody Guthrie and Tom Glazer; music is included for eight of the rhymes. Bouncy and cheerful full-page cartoons, done in watercolor and gouache on a watercolor block, all feature the same family and are well suited to the verses. However, since most of the rhymes are available elsewhere, this title is strictly additional. - Sally R. Dow, Ossining Public Library, NY
