Being from the South is an important part of my identity. My first novel, Deadly Sacrifice, was about places as much as about characters and events. Of course the humor book, Being From The South Doesn't Make Me Stupid pretty much speaks for itself.
For almost 14 years I have been writing; first a novel, then another, then a humor book and at all times for magazines and newspapers. Today I spend a great deal of time on my web site, It's A Kean World, and publishing articles on the Web.
My current interests include RV travel, English Bulldogs, article marketing, and humor articles. Normally when traveling via RV I write reviews of RV campgrounds. I write a monthly column for Modern Senior Living and contribute to RV Freewheelin'.
My current home is in Pelham, Alabama. This is close enough to Mississippi State University that we are able to attend football games on a regular basis.
