A wonderful primer for those interested in our foundation., October 4, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: What Would They Say?: The Founding Fathers on the Current Issues (Paperback)
This book gives the reader a reflection on the things we all heard something about in our school years. It almost appears to be a condensation of ideas and ideals our founding fathers tried to make clear to us. The history lessons we all had at one level or other, in high schools and colleges, becomes clearer as the author succeeds in imparting knowledge well based on truths and events.

If the founding fathers could talk today..., April 28, 1999

This book is very readable and extremely applicable to life today. With so much talk about interpreting the constitution, why not hear about issues straight from the horses' mouths? The reading is entertaining and the content is extremely pertinent in today's society.

This book rocks!, June 15, 2005
This review is from: What Would They Say?: The Founding Fathers on the Current Issues (Paperback)
I've been enduring the ACLU twisting the constitution for so long that it is refreshing to read what the founding fathers had in mind - not what some modern dim wit thinks the constitution should be. Glen Gorton rocks. And he could run a mean 1500 meters in his day. One of my all-time heros.
