This review is from: What a Wreck! (Jon Scieszka's Trucktown) (Board book)
Great colorful book with a fun theme for kids. My two year old son and several friends have received books from this series and they all love it. There is also an interactive website to go along with the book series. If you know a little boy named JACK, then this is a fun book for him! Jack the Truck is the main character.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book for truck loving toddler, August 15, 2009
This review is from: What a Wreck! (Jon Scieszka's Trucktown) (Board book)
I bought this book in an airport giftshop to pass the time with my one year old son when our flight was delayed. I thought if it entertained him for an hour or so it was worth the money. A year later, he still loves it. I am ordering another in the series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Engaging Touch/Feel book, March 8, 2010
This review is from: What a Wreck! (Jon Scieszka's Trucktown) (Board book)
This engaging board book uses items like sandpaper and flaps to create an interactive touch and feel experience. I purchased it for my nephew who loves cars and trucks, but is not yet past the destructive phase. The story does not measure up to the illustrations (by the inestimable David Shannon), but the quality of the illustrations and ability of the reader to interact with the story make this an excellent choice for gifts. I have not read any others in this series, so I can do no comparisons.
