Book Description

Little Green Books

Stephen Krensky’s clever,

rhyming text entices young readers to guess

which endangered species are hiding beneath the

flaps! From a panda bear to a monarch butterfly, each

spread features text which hints at the animal’s

identity until finally it is revealed by lifting the flap.

Made from 100 percent recycled material, this

playful and interactive new title is both

entertaining and environmentally

friendly!

4.0 out of 5 stars Not your regular board books, September 8, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: What Do You See?: A Lift-the-Flap Book About Endangered Animals (Little Green Books) (Hardcover)
This board book is not exactly like those regular board books. The pages are thinner, to be exact, the pages feel like cardboard from your cereal box. And the books feel like pictures printed on cardboard. But I am glad that it is eco friendly and that it is printed with vegetable ink, I feel safe with my baby constantly wanting to chew on this when I am reading it to her. The flip open feature on in the book is really flimsy though, because it is so thin it rips easily.
