Aside from the wonderful images by Stephen Jenks - this is a great science book to help kids think about form and function in animals, birds, fish and insects.Children love looking at the pictures and guessing what animal the tail or tongue or eye, etc. belongs to. I highly recommend this for classrooms and for home libraries.

My five year old son loves this book and he loves to share it with everyone he can. If you have a curious little one at home who loves to learn about new things this will be a great book for them to read.
