Editorial Reviews

Review

"What You Think Is What You Get" offers the reader a direct path to realizing one's creative power and true potential. Not just another philosophy or technique this work really expresses the truth of our nature as perfect and whole human beings. Its premise is that one does not have to look for perfection and peace of mind when it's where we come from. Very clearly written and very direct. One can live life in peace and harmony by breaking the confines of the mind as outlined by this work. -- From the Publisher

About the Author

George Lavenia began his quest for self-knowledge in the mid-sixties. His travels took him to India and Katmandu at the foot of the Himalayas in Nepal, the Galapagos where Darwins evolution theory was inspired and to the Amazon where he encountered a shaman who revealed the ways of his ancestors. Finally he journeyed to Africa where he learned from tribesman of their belief in God. Inquiring into various spiritual paths, he chose the path of self-inquiry, terminated his career as vice-president of a prominent New York bank and created The Earth Foundation, an educational organization dedicated to mental and physical well-being.

Powerful and concise. Gets right to the point on how to live the life you imagine rather than accepting the life you have. Offers practical applications and mind strategies to deal with lifes problems as well as spiritual insight that really helps in hard times, especially in situations that are difficult to understand.

I met George (author) in Jamaica and heard about his book and immediately bought a copy!

It is truly powerful and reminds us that we each have the choice and power to live exactly how we want.

I truly reccomend this from my heart.

Neale Walsch's (Conversations With God) comments were right on the mark. This work can lead the reader to a direct experience of ones self without the need to learn any new technique or philosophy. A new approach to self-realization that is based on realization of the truth of ones true nature. Highly recommended for anyone seriously on the path!!

Format: Paperback
This book breaks away from many of the typical self-help genre by offering the reader a variety of direct and brief perspectives on the empowering truths that many people fail to recognize about themselves. Insightful, gripping, opinionated. Repetition may be an ideal feature for most casual seekers, but this work is for the big-boys (and girls).

What You Think is What You Get
It is similar to what Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, etc. talk about but with a fresh new twist. I like the way the book is organized.
We heard the author GEORGE LAVENIA recently and were very impressed with him. He is a testimonial to what he preaches.
I wish that this recommendationm finds you having pleasant thoughts!
Since What You Think is What You Get. :-)
