Mine came with a set of batteries and the strap. I purchased the SD card and recharbeable batteries separately. I LOVE this camera. I need to review my Amazon review as I'd left a less than perfect review until I figured out the only problem was I needed to charge the batteries.

This comes with a USB Cable (also attaches to TV), strap, software, manual, AA batteries and a lens cover. It has a HDMI outlet, that uses a Type A to C HDMI cord ($3.00 on ebay) that allows you to see the videos in the camera in HD on your television.
