Some of us here want to hack. Would someone be so kind as to post the firmware version?

If you're up to date with the PSP hacking scene, you'll see that the firmware version no longer matters for fully hacking a PSP.

The PSP is no longer getting official firmware updates from Sony, and the latest firmware, 6.60, is wide open for the simple installation of the "ME" custom firmware series. 6.60 ME can be installed directly from the official firmware with no tricks or gimmicks involved, all you need to do is run a simple installer tool.

Try searching for the site "pspslimhacks" as they are highly reliable and feature every piece of CFW info you could ever dream of.
