Protected carbs is a term made up by Dreamlands. When pressed to provide some scientific proof they claim proprietary secret. So be honest with yourself. What does that sound like? If its too good to be true it usually is. 41g of carbs reduced to 5? why not just change it into gold? If you're serious about low carbs you're giving up pasta. That's all there is to it.
