What age would you say this is appropriate for?

I have a 3.5 year old son who is dying to watch Star Wars but I think it is too soon. Might this be a good stop-gap?

First of all, it's never too early for Star Wars. Get them raised up the right way early. And have them avoid the Prequels at all cost, only original saga movies, they'll thank you later I promise you. As far as this movie goes, it's totally harmless. It was only a 30 minute tv special, and it's all just silly slapstick type humor. I have a 2 year old and a 4.5 year old and they get a kick out of it.

yes this is great Star Wars starting point. My daughter thinks, the original is too violent for her little ones, so we use the LEGO versions as an intro to the wonderful world of Star WArs.

Get ready he will watch it over and over for a long time like our kids do.

MY 12 and 15 year old sons, grandkids boys and girls ages 2,4,5,7,8, all love to watch these. I even enjoyed it so it is ages 2 to 100 as far as I am concerned.

I pre ordered 3 for the deal, but I wish they let you order more. I would have gotten 1 for each child for Christmas. Hope they do on sale before christmas.
Check out my review not sure why so many did not say it helped.
