Wonderfully whimisical book of simply and cheerfully pictured "theories" about where the dinosaurs went..such as behind the bookshelves in the library. So good I had to buy another when I couldn't find the old copy I read to my children when they were little.

The book raises the expectation that the question asked in the title -- Whatever Happened to the Dinosaurs? -- will be answered for children, but it isn't. For that reason, the book was a disappointment.
