5.0 out of 5 stars Beautifully Written and Sung Album, August 30, 2005
This review is from: Whatever Will Be (Audio CD)
At first glace, "Whatever Will Be" appears to be just another wannabe pop album, but once you actually start listening to it, it starts to become much more. Tammin co-wrote almost all of the songs, and they have meaningful words, rather than the usual teenage pop singer complaining about how awful it is to be rich and gorgeous. (cough Lindsay cough Lohan) If I had to pick two songs I like best, I'd choose the title track, Whatever Will Be, because of it's slow and beautiful sound/vocals, and probably the fun and relaxed Around the World, because of it's peppy, laid-back rhythm. Tammin is already a celebrity in Australia, and maybe someday she'll release her brilliant album in America, where she'll fit right in among the likes of Hilary Duff, Avril Lavigne, and Kelly Clarkson.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is Awesome, August 16, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Whatever Will Be (Audio CD)
Its just wat she said it is Stripped-Back Delta like stuff on like half the tracks and then Rocky Strong songs for the other half, it covers alot of stuff my personal fave none-released track that i automatically Connected with was

Backwards Again a song that sorta admits defeat but makes it positive and she does some awesome Vibratos at the end of the chorus and when she sings "i just can't get over you" its perfect.

I also like Ordinery Day, its just vocally perfect and tells a story and its one song that has its out-of-key times but there beautiful.

then there Its A Little Late: a song that to me is awesome and has its best points in the first verse speically "that was a year ago"

then theres World Without You which is one of my all time favourite songs i always love predictable love-songs like if you like Lost Without You by Delta you will LOVE this song.

Then theres Tender which is such a good song its soft, she cried during it and its obvious why another romantic song about wanting to be treated a little more tender

then there Around The World which is one i am traveling all the time song that i love its like perfect i got it as a B-side hated it then got the album and then i loved it its perfectly placed at the end of the CD.

Almost Me is a song about not knowing who you are but you don't care because your just you, very very inspiring specially on those days when you don't know who you are just put it on and you will feel better because a celebs also have those days. as Britney and I say "Don't Difine Yourself, Just Be Yourself"

then theres' Better To Be Lonely a song that to me is the best Independance songs ever, its saying don't rush into a relationship just wait for you Mr Prince Charming to Come along.
So awesome!!!

Something Better is another song along the same lines but its about getting out of a relationship because it wasn't for you but saying to the person that they will forever be in your heart and a peice of them will always be with you but you want something better.

theres also Pointless Relatioship and top 5 single which went plantinem currect me if i'm wrong its a awesome song about wanting to get out of a pointless relationship but also not wanting to leave him and that sorta torn feeling you feel, again awesome vocals a song for any girl even if your 11 and you wanna know why you like a guy and your asking yourself, Why the hell do i like this dude!!!! and is perfect to dance around with your mates at a party!!!

Then theres my favourite track on the whole cd, a romantic rocky song that is Its A Beautiful Thing its saying that even though
you naturally like each other and to me is says love is a beautiful thing or watever we have is a beautiful thing, beautiful!!!

if i haven't got you to buy this album so far you must be like mentally deranged or something, this album is perfect for any cd collection from a Rock Collection to a Pop Collection to a Accustic Collection to a Eclectic Collection like mine!!!!!! so Buy It!!!

Love
Tammin Fan no. 1

4.0 out of 5 stars nice first album, August 6, 2005
This review is from: Whatever Will Be (Audio CD)
Tammin Sursok is a soapstar (Home and Away) turned singer similar to the likes of Natalie Imbruglia and, Bec Cartwright and Kylie Minogue. The album has a soft pop-rock feel to it. Singles that stand out include pointless relationship, beautiful thing and the album titled track whatever will be. Buy it if you like Hilary Duff or Natalie Imbruglia.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good CD, March 23, 2009
This review is from: Whatever Will Be (Audio CD)
This is a really good CD. While I'm not a huge fan of all of the songs (some are too slow for my taste) most of them are very good. Unfortunately the CD is pretty overpriced. My favorite songs are: Better to Be Lonely, Pointless Relationship, It's a Beautiful Thing, Backwards Again and It's a Little Late.

I heard the song "Whatever Will Be" on the radio and different shows for a while and had no idea who was singing. Then I brought this album because I like to sample unknown artist and low and behold the song was there. Not only was that a great song, the others are just as wonderful and it's nice to finally have talent come through. Sampling unknown artists has done wonders for me and I encourage everyone else to do the same because you never know what you might stumble upon.
